Amanda Darling, MD

Dr. Darling is board certified in General Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine. She is affiliate faculty at Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine and currently the Chair of Psychiatry at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Dr. Darling is an experienced provider of both TMS and ECT.

Dr. Darling has admitting privileges at St Mary’s Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.

Dr. Darling earned her Medical Doctorate at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. She then completed General Psychiatry residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She completed her formal training at Yale School of Medicine with a fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine (the treatment of mental illness in the medically ill). 

Elssy Oms, MD

Dr. Oms is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She has previously served as the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at JFK North Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Oms is an experienced provider of both TMS and ECT. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. Oms has admitting privileges at St Mary’s Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.

Dr. Oms earned her Medical Doctorate at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. She then completed both General Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami in Miami, FL. 

Stacy-Ann Binns-Brown, MD

Dr. Binns-Brown is board certified in General Adult Psychiatry. She has previous experience providing psychiatric care for the West Palm Beach Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Dr. Binns-Brown earned her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. She then completed General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry in Gainesville, FL.

Rebeca Davies, LCSW

Mrs. Davies is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has previous experience as the lead Social Worker at and Coordinator of the Intensive Outpatient Program at JFK North Medical Center. Mrs. Davies is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Therapy, and other modalities.

Mrs. Davies earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare. She then completed her Masters of Social Work at Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY Hunter College.

Kaitlyn Sprague, PA-C

Kaitlyn Sprague is a licensed physician assistant with certification in psychiatry. She has experience in treating psychiatric patients in the inpatient psychiatric hospital at St. Mary’s Medical Center and the outpatient psychiatric clinic at Psychiatric Specialty Center.

She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A & M University. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Keiser University.

Darlene Gamez, PA-C

Darlene Gamez is a licensed physician assistant. She has experience in treating psychiatric patients in the outpatient psychiatric clinic at Psychiatric Specialty Center.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami. She went on to complete the Physician Assistant Program at Miami Dade College.
